As mentioned previously, I am Juniper!! I'm a 19 year old nonbinary femme lesbian, hobbyist artist, and soon-to-be full time Biology student. I'm interested in a few different forms of visual arts, but often stick to traditional and digital drawing. A variety of things inspire what I make, or want to make: Nature, folklore & folk dress, 90s era 3D game aesthetics, media I enjoy (I'll add a section for that below at another time), and art by fellow artists, among others! I often feel as though these inspirations clash with each other and am still in the process of figuring out how to implement them into my art in a way that feels true to who I am... It's all a matter of continuing to create, I suppose :P

Like many others, I have found the world of mainstream Social Media to be very overwhelming. While I still have somewhat of a presence on it, the fast-paced and number-driven environment created by most platforms has made me anxious to share my work or even talk about what is on my mind... Although this is a personal problem too. Fear of judgment, as well as being afraid of oversharing online have gradually stopped me from sharing anything at all. My hope with this website is to create an online space where I can express myself more freely & at my own pace. On top of this, it allows me to make a space that is more personalised and where I can put my noob HTML skills into practice! That's fun as well :)
